FIRST CONTACT

Submit the form on the pricelist and one of our designeer will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email to discuss the purpose of the cards and the best way to reflect this in a design.

If you think that we're right for the job we appreciate a 30% deposit of the total cost to proceed with your order. If you're not happy with our design and do not wish to go ahead with printing we refund your deposit.

DESIGN

We email our first proposal and with your feedback we develop the design until you're happy with the result. We have access to millions of professional images for your project and a copy writer to edit or write your text if needed.

PRINT AND SHIPPING

We send a digital proof for final approval together with the invoice. The cards are usually printed and shipped within five business days after payment has been made. We'll reprint if your order shows any manufacturing defects.

ARTWORK

Submit all artwork with a resolution of 300dpi or more. This means a minimum of 300 x 300 pixels for every square inch of the image. Contact us for advice if not sure.

CARD or ARTBOARD

Cards are catogorised by 'GSM', the number of Grams for one Square Meter of the board.
Class 300 is printed on 300gsm board. Class 400 is printed on 400gsm.

CELLO COATING

A protective cellulose coating applied on the cards after printing. Available in matt or gloss.

CUSTOM SIZE

A non-standard size format.

CUSTOM SHAPE

Special order. A cutting die is manufactured to trim the cards into a custom shape. Used for larger numbers of cards. Very striking for swingtags.

CUSTOM TRIM

A standard size card trimmed to a smaller custom size.

DESIGN

You will work closely together with the designer, in-touch with the latest trends in comtemporary design and advertising to make your project a success.

HOLE PUNCH

3-6mm round hole punched through the card. Used on swingtags or labels for the tie.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee the quality of the printing with a reprint if your order shows manufacturing defects. There may be minor colour variations in print compared with the digital proof displayed on your screen. What you see on screen depends on the hardware settings of your system. This variation does not command a reprint of the order.

METALIX

The eye catching Metalix effect is created with a silver Pantone underneath transparent CMYK inks producing a complete range of metallic colours.

PRINTING

Commercial print uses the CMYK colour system which is different than the RGB system used on a computer screen. There may be a minor colour variation in print compared with the digital proof displayed on your screen. Screen colours depend on the brand and settings of your hardware. A minor colour variation will not command a reprint of the order.

ROUNDED CORNERS

Credit card style rounded corners. A paid option available for most cards.

SCORING

An indent pressed across the card which allows a neat and accurate fold. Used for Double business or Greeting cards.

SHIPPING

Most orders are printed and shipped within 5 working days once the design has been approved. Shipping to most Australian destinations is INCLUDES in the price.
